I ordered the fillet for my mains (med-rare) at £35 - and when it came it was only pink in the very centre and somewhat dry with no juices, when one of the staff in a trouser suit came over to ask how is the course a little while later I pointed out to her that it wasn't med-rare throughout and she actually said 'yes, it's how it should be - pink in the middle - and walked away'!!!
