Harder, longer, faster. The first 2 workouts were killer. Month 2, for me, never got "easier" but I was able to do it and not take as many breaks as the weeks went on. If you are in moderately decent shape, then go ahead and try it. I felt like I was constantly doing push ups. The reason being is that it focuses on the stuff Insanity didn't, yet it still has that "MAX Interval" feel. The recovery week has worked out nice for me. Want to start again. I just say make it through this interval...and don't look at the time. I didn't finish the stretch because when I bent over, I thought I was going to lose it on my Nikes.
